Who we are

Tabula is run by its maintainers as an open-source whiteboard with hosted workspaces at gettabula.app. For any question about this page, contact us.

What we collect

• When you start a workspace: your email address, the workspace name and address, the plan and the region you choose.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number; Stripe gives us a customer and subscription reference.
• Inside a workspace: the boards, comments and names its members create. They are stored in the region you chose.
• Server logs with IP addresses, kept briefly to run and protect the service (for example to limit sign-up attempts).

What we do with it

We use it to create and run your workspace, to bill you, to send you the sign-in link and service messages, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Who else sees it

Our processors: Stripe (payments), our hosting providers (servers and the web site) and our email delivery provider. Each handles data only to provide its service to us.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and a workspace owner can delete a workspace. Write to us from the contact page.

Changes

The final text replaces this draft before the service opens to the public.
