The service

Tabula provides a collaborative whiteboard. A hosted workspace is billed per seat, monthly or yearly, after a free trial. The prices and trial length are shown on the pricing section and on Stripe’s checkout page. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout where it applies.

Trial and billing

• The trial starts when you complete checkout. A card is required up front, and it is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before.
• Seats can be changed. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; the workspace then stops at the end of the paid period.
• During the test phase no real charges are made.

Your content

Your boards belong to you. You give us only the permission needed to store and show them to your workspace’s members.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to harm others, or to disrupt the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last twelve months.

Changes

The final terms replace this draft before the service opens to the public.
